IN-STUDIO – Hatha Description
Please wear a mask. Body temperature check upon arrival.
Bring all props including your own mat. No props provided by studio.
Studio ensuring proper cleaning before and after class.
If you can not attend, please cancel ASAP. A $10 no-show fee will be applied if cancelling within 24 hours of start time.
Build on classical alignment, build strength, and practice breath-work, relaxation, and meditation. Exploration of the physical poses is supplemented with the philosophy and energetic principles of yoga.
