I am honored to share my practice and knowledge of breathwork at the upcoming virtual summit, Roots to Resilience.
This workshop will focus on one of the most important things we all do – breathe! The way in which we breath affects our mood, our energy, our self-awareness, and even our physical health. These ancient practices known as Pranayama will be guided in a way to promote more effective and conscious ways of breathing, by expanding through its depth, range, and rhythm as a method of finding our ability to calm our minds and our nervous system. We will follow an intentional sequence of various Pranayama and meditation techniques in this 30 minute workshop, with the intention of coming out feeling more calm, clear, and grounded; as well as walking away with the tools that may help improve how you feel in your day to day life in a matter of minutes.
