Sacramento Free Day of Yoga – 10 am Rose Garden Flow

Please join us for a beautiful morning vinyasa flow just feet away from the McKinley Park rose garden. Limited spaces in person, and I’ll be putting this live on Zoom as well for those who chose to practice at home. ** In person option is tentative depending on air quality, Zoom will remain available and unlimited registration spots **

All levels welcome, and free in celebration of Sacramento Free Day of Yoga! Come as you are, and take it to the level of your own groove.

In honoring social distancing recommendations, spots are very limited so please register to let me know you’re going to be there in person! I’ll be emailing the exact location to all who register the day of the class.

Lastly, please be kind and practice loving awareness. Keep a safe 6-ft + distance from others (unless you are from the same household), please bring a mask with you, and follow all current state guidelines from the CDC and COVID19.CA.GOV.
